We are looking for employees for several different positions for the upcoming winter season. Most of the jobs are suitable, for example, for students to do alongside school. Working hours are focused on weekday evenings and weekends. The amount of work can be agreed very flexibly.
Previous work experience is an advantage, although not necessary, as we train for all tasks. The most important thing is a brisk and positive approach to work, initiative and interest in customer service! All work tasks begin when the slopes open (estimated November-December 2022) and last until the slopes close in the spring. We comply with the collective agreement of the ski center industry.
Snow park expert / shaper
We are looking for a passionate snowboarder or freestyle skier to join our skilled Snow Park construction team to maintain and build performance areas. The age requirement is 18 years.

Rental office and ticket office

The tasks of the ticket sales and equipment rental office include selling tickets and renting equipment to customers, as well as general customer service on site and by phone advising and guiding customers, equipment maintenance and selling ski shop products. Previous customer service and cashier work experience and a hobby/experience in skiing/boarding are an advantage in the position.

Slope workers
We are looking for full-time and part-time employees for the upcoming winter season. We train for tasks. The requirement is to be of legal age and to be able to work even in the evenings and on weekends. Some of the jobs are perfectly suited to be done part-time alongside studies.
The duties of lift workers include customer service in the lifts, use and supervision of elevators, and minor maintenance work, e.g. snow work at the departure points of the lifts and lift inspections. The work is outdoor work, the focus of which is to ensure a successful skiing day for the customers. In the job, experience/hobby in skiing/boarding is an advantage, but it is not necessary, we train for all tasks. The position requires attentiveness, agility, initiative and customer service spirit.
The tasks of the supervisor of Werneri Park children's land and children's lift include customer service and occasionally running children's games and programs and even acting as a mascot. The position requires readiness and a desire to work with children/groups of children, agility and customer service spirit. The work is outside work.

Ski instructor / snowboard instructor
For the upcoming winter, we are looking for brisk customer service-minded ski and/or snowboard instructors. Talma ski school is one of the largest ski schools in Finland. The work is focused on weekday evenings and weekends. You may have already taken Shory's or SHKY's course or, alternatively, you are just planning to take the course. We organize a course in our own center at the beginning of winter, both on a board and on skis.
