So it happened again that the weather started to get colder and the coming winter was on my mind. The summer in Talma has been spent with the adventure park, paintball, Talma Bike Park and our other activities.
Along with the actual summer activities, we have been working hard for the upcoming winter season. One of our most significant projects is going carbon neutral. In order to achieve this goal, we have replaced the park and pipe with energy-efficient LED lights, the slope profiles have been modified so that the amount of necessary snowmaking is less, i.e. the performance sites can be opened faster and with a smaller amount of energy.
Waste management and sorting have been improved. We also want to encourage our customers to drive electric cars, and for this winter we have four electric car charging stations. Naturally, all the electricity we use is green. We can proudly say that this winter we will be a carbon-neutral skiing center!
New winds are also blowing in Talma's restaurant! The time has come to update our center's restaurant services to a whole new level. Both the cafe and the bistro will experience a complete makeover during the fall. Be prepared to be surprised and enchanted. More on this later.
