Talma's restaurant was renewed both in decor and food offering in autumn 2022. The restaurant was named Snö kitchen & bar and it is operated by a team of professionals. The entrepreneur Eemeli Liljeström has a long, over 20 year career around food. Peak moments in his career have been working in a Michelin star kitchen and his own catering firm's event for Vesku Loiri. Service is led by the field's top professional, Jere Partanen, who has worked for example at the president's independence day party. We can proudly say, that Talma has one of the best ski restaurants in Finland. Food is of top quality, fresh and delicious, surroundings amazing and service happy. In addition to the daily operations, this team will make geat catering for groups for different events!
In the winter season, the restaurant is generally open according to the opening hours of the slopes.
